Comes up with red screen

Hello, I have recently upgraded to a domain name www.rainbowfacesltd.com now members are experiencing when they log in a red screen, then comes up with an unsafe message, it is only those members who have the latest internet explorer that is picking this up, how do we stop this and what is causing it? Also if you think it's IE issue ask them to try another browser and see if the problem still persist. Or you go onto IE and see if it happens to you?

Other then that i need a screen shot to see whats coming up for them to try to determine what the problem may be?

What is your browser ? try changing it like kirk said it may cause the problem.

So bizare as nothing on there to qualify for a report...
