I need to restore my forum

I need to restore my forum to the condition on 27/11/2007 (forum system date), but I cannot access the backup/restore system. I have tried my username and password but I still cannot open it. Help!

Founder's utilities to restore your board : http://www.editboard.com/en/utils

Forum restore:

ID: Use the creation email OR the address of your board

You put the creation email or the last mail choosen by the foundator if it has been modified in the utils
Or the latest address of your board (deleted or not) with http:// or not

Password: Password used in the process of creation of your board.

You type as well the creation password or the last password up to date if it has been modified in the utils.

Important:

During a restoration :
- All admins, except the foundator, are downgraded to simple users.
- the 1st admin's password is replaced by the one used to connect to the utils.
- The security feature "Disallow Send by email a new password to administrators and moderators" is enabled
- The HTML is disabled on the forum (Admin Panel > General Admin > Configuration > Users & Forum Settings)

You need to use the founder's utilities, but you can't login, even if you followed the instruction at the bottom of the utils' page ? - http://www.editboard.com/en/utils
