Quick question

I know there's a way to let you see the past connected users in a certain period of time, but is there anyway to see the number of past guest? Could be helpful to get an idea if a site is picking up any decent traffic or not.

No I don't think that you may see previous guests.

thats mpossible but you can view which guest is online at that moment and if they go off your site a # decreases from the guests online place

You can (sort of) if you consider something like Google Analytics > http://www.google.com/analytics/ that will track the number of hits your website gets each day + other data.
