Quotes in Signatures

So, some of my members like putting quotes in their signatures, and in the past few of months this has not been working, and I've been waiting for it to be fixed on its own, but it's been at least 3 months now and it still does not work. Any explanation?

Well, you could have the quote limit at something less than it should be.
