well first thing what is it and whats it supoed to do?
Second what froum version are you useing?

It's a ready made template which I got from a site to use it in my forum.
Using phpBB2.

have you tried adding it to your css?
It looks as if you have some java going on with it to.
I am at work right now and dont have a way to test things out with my software/test forums.

But try to add it to your css style sheet and see if it works in there?

It looks to be something for a v-bulletin?
The page it's on seems a lil stupid, it dont explain anything.
Like i said it's probly to large to use and somkething that has to be installed or uploaded to V-bulletin some how.. i would just to go with something smaller and better on the same ghrounds of it.. if i seen what the results are suposed to look like then i may be able to give you better sugestions.. But i cant make heads or tails from it.
