Please suggestion for me forum.
1. I have seen people just register and don't know why they are not come back. They are not even hang out.

2. I want my forum got a lot of people!! And I don't know how to make it.

1. Yeah, that's part of the great mystery of life

2. My only advice I can give you is:
> Have it referenced (ex: google etc)
> Publicise where you can and do it properly, not just *forum name* please come
> Get people around you to know about your forum
> In signatures, add a userbar linking to your forum (can't do that here )
> Make your forum really worth the detour
=> Add competitions, events
=> Add features, be daring

Finally, the best thing I can say is to be patient, things take time

You missed Advertising sites.
Try posting on as many sites that facilitate advertising.
