[HELP] Ranks Background title animation

Hey all ,

I have a problem on the ranks, Im finding many ways to solve this either way or some how I can't put Ranks background image "animation" i tried many times but it wont appear in the picture!

Here is the example of the Background!

The image if is a .gif file can be animated in a rank.

Thats the thing, you need a .gif file to be uploaded to tinypic.com or something & then add the link.
