Stop the Deletion of the Forum

Good day to all. How's the people here.
Haven't been here and in my site for around 10+ months.
I've been having fun playing Ragnarok [http://aerogaming.org/]

Anyway, my problem is, i just take a peek on my forum a while ago, and i got this bad message:

I violated the rules, of removing the footer. I did remove the footer and now i edited it back, based on the forum: http://www.rcfriends.org/.

So can the deletion be stopped or is there still something wrong with my forum.
Please consider my apology.

Try to add links like on this forum

Hi,

Your forum is still in violation; please add a link for the "Report an abuse", then the deletion shouldn't occur, unless of cause, there is another reason

I have the same problem too.
I had changed the theme tio the default theme
and I was remove the topics that may violate the TOS
But caution is still displayed in my admin panel

The caution will remain present until the date given, from there, if your forum is still in violation, then it will be removed, if not, the caution will be removed and your forum will remain in full prosperity

how can I know what a TOS violation has been committed?
There were 1,775.203 messages in our forums. Active moderators is less than 4 people.
Is it possible the forumotion can show in detail the violation that is easy for us to correct the violation.

No, you'll need to read the TOS here: https://www.forumotion.com/en/create-forum/terms-of-service.htm

...and go through your forum to remove anything against the TOS.
