Any one that is good enough to do graphics like this knows enough to put these out as a png file so you don't lose your transparency, not jpg like you have posted here. If it's your server converting them, an experienced artist would find another server so his work isn't messed up.

This would also explain why you are unable to fill any graphic requests on your forum.

Having other GFX designers has nothing to do with whether you are able to do graphics or not.
