Hover Navigation Bar Effect

Hello.

I have change my nav bar (home-portal-memberlist etc) into an icon like this:

Now I want to add a hover effect. So when a mouse pointer hover at that icon, the icon will change its color automaticly (and change back again when the pointer doesn't point at that icon anymore)

Can I do that?

What a nice search function. You guys maybe need to build some "effect database" for this. Just to make it easy.
