How do i get rid of extra headers?

On my page, i notice that there is an extra header for the categories,--see this link:
http://atypicallesbians.forumotion.com/index.htm
For instance, under SITE ISSUES, there is also a forum called SITE ISSUES. i don't need that on there twice. I used to have all the sections as one--in a large block on the page, without that extra header (in yellow). I have gone through all the admin panel options and can't find where to get this back to the way it was.

Go to admin panel=>Forum=>management=>Categories and forums. Form there you should click near a forum thread (like Site Issues in your case) on the modify button(it's on the right between the add and the delete button). Once you are in there, Select at attach to another category. Then repeat this for all of your categories but attach them all to the same one.

I have almost all the forums attached to the root directory, and yet these headers are still appearing--once above each forum with the forum below the header bar having the same name as the header bar...

any other suggestions?

doesn't anyone have an answer to this? I searched for a long time in different areas and have seen nothing about this specifically.

Maybe this will help someone understand...what i want to do is exactly what this forum does on the home page.

I don't want that Forum/Topics/Posts/Last Post header above EVERY forum. I need it only ONCE at the top of the page. Just like it is on THIS SITE.
