How to change default image hosting for my forum

Hi, i admin for my social club, http://kelabskutermalaysia.forumms.net. I have fully controlled for this for this forum. Recently, i get a complaint from registered member that activation link for new registered member didn't reach at their mailbox. How to solve it? And for the regarding to my title, how to change default image hosting in my forum, because, just now, only admin can use Servimg Service, for other members like moderator, registered member, if they want to upload picture, the hosting is Imageshack. I tries to find solution, till now, i didn't find it. Please help me.
