Getting the alert message while editing the members list in my administration panel

I'm admin of the above linked forum, but while m trying to edit the list of members I m getting this message:

You have been banned from this forum

this has restricted me to edit the members name in a proper way. I'm just editing user names with capitalizing the initial caps not changing their chosen names.

any solution please to get rid of this restriction?
