alert message [pop up]

my moderators, users or even me is not experiencing alert message that we have a PM, moderators also not receiving pop up or alert.

in preferences under profile.

Display a pop-up window on new private messages :
Some templates may open a new window to inform you when new private messages arrive. Notice : Make sure your browser's popup blocker doesn't block popups of this site. is set to YES


Open report popup on new reports : is set to YES also


now my problem is. there still no alert or pop up.

help me. thanks

Which browser are you using?

i am using mozilla 3.5 as well opera. and i have asked my members/mods about this problem but any browser they are using. pop up is still not working

How did you activated the popups on the browser?

i dont know. is there any?

Tools>options>Content Tab
Block Pop-up windows, uncheck it & save
