about the forum security

my friend told me that its very very easy to brake in my forum security.

now i wanted to know if its true and if this site gives any sort of security to my forum?

it would only be easy if she knew the email you had registered your forum with and the password you created. Forumotion has great security and can easily be backed up if anything were to go wrong. As long as you are careful over whom you allow access to your admin panel and make sure you have a very strong password you will be fine.
