Bad Smilies

I have been having a problem with uploaded smilies. When I first install them they work fine, but after a while they just stop working. I have tried to take them off, and re install them, and experience the same problem. Any idea on how to fix this ?

They are all posting properly now, but I was unable to fix ones that were previously posted by deleting, and re posting with the edit feature. Are you not able to add smilies to old posts ?

yes you can, but why bother.? if selected/edited to an existing post, it will appear at the end of the message. you would have to copy the code and paste it where you want it to appear in the message.
