Want stickies to appear ABOVE subforums

I have a forums and then sub forums. When viewing the sub forums, i want my stickies to appear ABOVE the sub forum topics. How do i get the stickies to post at the top of the sub-forum pages?

I think you can do that by going in the admin panel=>General=>Configuration=>Configuration and then go at messages. Look for the option "Separate announcements and stickies from the messages" select either with a line or with a table.Hope this helps.
