How to make the Rank appear next to the Legends

I'm having one of those big ol' problems! I don't know how to let a rank that has been made appear in the Legends. I know how to make a rank but I don't know how to let it appear to the legends If somebody knows please tell me! Im hyper waiting for an anwser.

To add a groups in the Legends, you can read this message :

You can't add a rank in the legend, you can only add groups so if you want to, you will have to make a group for each rank in order for it to appear in the legend.

OK then, I already made a group.

Ugh, I still have a problem ... Where you go to the Admin Panel => General Admin => Configuration => Configuration I can't find anything about what Cailhem posted. I can't find the location of this picture here:

I know that it's somewhere in Configuration but where? Please help!

I found the option but it's not in General, it's in Users & Groups=>Users=>User Settings. There you find the "Colorized Usernames Enabled" option.
