Is it possible to create a webpage on phbb3 as an attachment on the forum? If yes, how do I do that? Thanks in advance.

I don't think you can do that,all you can do is change your forum to phpbb3 version.

thank u very much but i want to ask a question too: i changed my forum to version phbb3; but the theme changed too?! categories are deleted; but forums are still there... what should i do?

those arent deleted by just a version change. but i could imagine that you have to change the appearance of the categories in "General / Homepage / Hierarchy". Choose something from the second row (Split categories on index).
