Home title and site description Empty Home title and site description

when I go to change my home title and site description it won't change! I can tpe it in and it comes up in the 'Here is how you are referenced by search engines' box, and it even says the new title I put in, in the minimise grey box at the bottom of my screen, but it won't come up on the top of my forum. Sad

Hello.

You must change it in General Admin > Configuration, not in Homepage.
