Solved My Forum Backup

So my forum is .::HarryWorld::. we're not a french forum but we use the french acute on nicknames, topics and one emoticon.

The last few days the acute wont appear, instead some greek letters appear and the members with acute on their nickname wasn't able to log in and the emoticon won't appear.

Is there a way to solve this problem?
