A tipping competition Empty A tipping competition

I don't know if it can be done, but i want to incorporate a football tipping competition on my forum ( for fun purposes only)..similar to making a poll.
I want my members to be able to choose who they think would win on a certain weekend... eg... Man united v Liverpool and other games played that week.And a progressive tally of leading tipsters. I'm sure i saw a forum somewhere that had this feature but can't remember. Can it be done on my forum?
Any ideas would be appreciated.
