Smilley Error

When i add new smilley,it say :

Error
Cannot insert a new smiley

please help me...

Are you just typing something, then adding in the smiley?

Could be for several reasons:

Does it have a code?
Does it have a name?
Is the image you're uploading an acceptable file type? (what file type is it?)
Is the code individual?
Is the code inadvertently a code used to denote an HTML symbol?

In theory, I guess the smileys have a storage limit, so that could also be a problem - have you uploaded a lot of other smileys?

Have you been able to upload other smileys in the past?

yes.. think i upload about 100 smiley.. is it got limit?? then how to upload more??

Try synchronizing your forum. ACP=>General=>Forum=> Configuration=>General

This sometimes sorts out bugs.

If this doesn't work, you may need a tech.
