All of Forumers need an important things to increase their traffic, especially beginners. So what about providing FREE Vouchers from Forumotion to their Forumers; for Google Adwords (as example), and the value of this vouchers may vary from 20$-70$. And the result is good for forumers and for Forumotion as well, because they're advertisments for forums of their hosting.

Finally, Here's the list of what I suggest :

1. I suggest that Forumotion provide FREE vouchers to be used in Google Adwords
