Solved Gallery will not let anyone up load

When you go to my gallery there are no options anywhere that say upload? How can we get pictures on it ?

Do you have a image?

I apologize for being so confused in these things. I do actually spend a few hours trying to figure out the problems I have before I take the asking for help step. You have been a huge help. Thank You Very Very Much :wouhou:
