email notification question

How can I change a setting so that when I recieve an email alerting me to a post or pm, that it does the following:
1. show me the message in my outlook email, without having to login to the forum to get the message.
2. the email shows the link to go to to get the message, but you can't click it. You have to copy and paste the link in the browser to go directly to the message.

is it possible to change it.
