Hi, I was wondering how i can embed HTML code into a forum post. I have an IRC embed code, and I really want to embed it in a post. :/

Take a look around your admin panel, and there is an option which says 'allow HTML in posts' .. make that yes.
I forget exactly where it is right now, but take a look around.

Having a good look around the ACP should be the first thing for any new forum owner to do.

If he/she is anything like me, they will have done that already. It is enabled in my forum, but nobody can get it to work. How is it meant to be inserted into the post?

Just inserting the raw html like this results in it all being displayed as text. Using the "Code" button doesnt help. So how is it meant to be inserted in a post?

Well personally i never use HTML in posts, but i don't reckon it will work if your including the HTML Tag, and the Head Tag as the page already has these tags.

It will work with basic HTML like <a href="#"> and <img src="#"> etc etc...
But you can't go coding out a full HTML page in a post.
