Removed Login Button, Cant Login HELP!!!

Please somebody help ive been editing my navigation bar and replacing all the images and text and i removed the log in button. and when i wanted to test out the register button i logged out thinking i could log back in, but i cant because there is no log in page, also its on matinence so the other log in box does not appear ??
