I'm pretty sure only eToxic employees (aka pro staff) can create official support forums..,

Not sure why this is a problem in the connection section, but it's best not to create one seeing as you won't be able to even reset password, translate a language that normal Official Support Forums do. Unofficial Support forums are more then likely to be deleted/banned.
