I have been using my forum for three days now. I have never seen the pop-up before today. I just got on it and see a pop-up right under my site title. Is there any way to get rid of this?

Hi,

You mean like an add below your header? You can remove adds only by purchusing credits (AP > Misc > Buy/Obtain Credits) and spending them for your adds removal.

If not please explain a bit?

Hi, no there is no way to get credits for free. The whole idea of credits is to buy them, it would be pretty pointless if they were free. Wink
