Founder role change Empty Founder role change

I need to change the Founder role of a forum. I've accumulated the information listed here:
https://help.forumotion.com/t81878-recovery-or-change-founder-of-an-account

The link says to 'send it to Admin'. A user search shows multiple accounts with 'admin' in the name. Who should I be sending this to?

Also is it at all possible to move the Founder role to another user account? I really don't want to take over or delete our current Founder's user account and his postings.

Okay, I'm feeling like a total noob now. 'The Godfather' apparently has PM's turned off so I can't send the request to him/her.
