Pic trouble Empty Pic trouble

Not sure if it is me messing this up or not. I add text under the pgoto using photobucket and use the same size for all but when I go to the site the names do not show up and the pics are different sizes. Anyone have a clue what I am doing wrong here? Question

Pictures are always going to be different sizes because of their space and what content is in them.
