Try to use the back-up option to restore your forum. Go to https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/
Enter the following info in the fields:
Login : Use creation email or your forum’s Internet address
Password : Password used in creation.

its not working i tryed alot and when i type name and pw the box pops up aain after and the page wont load at all

pw- my www.hostmarcel.com creation pw

Yor forum name is the forumotion attachd name, not your personalized domain, and the founder password i the one you used when you created the forum

1st forumotion attached name i dont get it
2nd pw i used when created the forum how do i know?
i change pw every week !
i only know my curent pw and www.hostmarcel.com also i know when i want ask for lost pw it send it to my email adress so i tryed my email and the pw but nothing i think iam screwed big time and i loose everything also domain name that costed me alot iam so mad you know that stupid this like this cant be fixed -.- and then to have a backup available thats unsafe and hard to understand! honest unless you got something good to say its better to block this topic and i leave 4ever cos i know i cannot be helped and no1 gives me step by step help shame on you gm/mods!

host marcel, you have a bought domain yes?

You need to remember what the link was to your forum BEFORE you had this domain name.

Like mine is http://www.preg2parent.net and it used to be p2p.forumotion.com.

so when logging into the restore panel i would use p2p.forumotion.com as that is the original link to my forum.

Admin can sort it out for you as you cant remember your original password, but getting angry and impatient will not help matters.

sorry and yes it was tppc.highforum.net before www.hostmarcel.com
and alot before tppc.highforum.net

This is the forum name you need to enter in the restore panel: tppc.highforum.net

Pehaps with the correct forum name your password will work, if not let me know and i will alert an admin.

Which email address did you use to create it ?

dont remember it changed in time but when i ask for pw recovery it sends me to hostmarcel@hotmail.com
and www.hostmarcel.com has to be in database |O_o
