Black/Grey Navigation Bar (White Text)

Font: Georgia. I believe this is default for Windows users, unsure about Mac.
Font Size: 22. I also added a slight glow to the text in Macromedia Fireworks MX2004. I have added an image below of the settings but if you are unable to recreate this effect you can request for me to make you an adjusted image.

Indeed I could have but I created these as a safe option for my forum while I was designing others and they are likely to be removed soon so I wanted to give others the option to use them if they wanted to.
