Redirect users to different sections on a post?

I would like to know if there is any way to create a link where users can click on and once they do that, it will redirect them to a certain section on a page, but not the top section of a page. If this is possible, how do I do that? Thanks in advance.

I am not sure bluebell. i will have a look see if i can work it out. I imagine it would need HTML coding.

Thanks for explaining how this might work. I thought this would be a good idea when the contents on a page are too many,members need not scroll down a long whole page to find what they need. Does anyone know the correct html code for this? Thanks in advance.
