Instead of deleting the bad forums you should give a warning to delete the bad stuff or illegal stuff and then if no action is takin within a certain time then delete it!

Hey,

When we receive complaints and find them to be true, we distinguish between two types of illicit forums;

> Obviously illicit forums;
Forums which's theme and idea is illicit. asically, if the rules were respected it wouldn't exist
These forums are deleted straigt away and without warning. To avoid this, simply read our ToS

> Not obviously illicit forums;
Forums which are "normal" except for some illicit contents and/or services.
Here we intervene and tell the admin they have so much timeto comply or else

i agree with Pokemon mat on that idea. if an Administrator has an adult forum and it is in private where no one from the out side cant see it why should you care about that forum as long as that Administrator has it in private and as long as that forum is not breaking the laws.. IE .. cp - childporn or any underaged teens WHO CARES??? as long as there is consenting adults in that forum you should not delete that forum and it should not matter at all..
now i will get off the soap box and let other members chime in on this topic.

I have to say we care, especially when the complaints come from companies ranging from Yahoo to Google and sometimes even film companies >.>

I ment if something that is totaly breaking rules delet it but if i is like using sombody eleses logo or slogan or pictures or something just a warning to delete them.
