Why cant i see anymore the avatars

Well they seems to be gone tha Avatars from anybody.
And if i go to the Control panel the part with he avatars dont give me anymore ecxess why does anybody know?

go into your profile admin>>>users and groups>>>users. find yourself and click to see your profile. Scroll down to near the bottom and make sure display avatar is set to yes.

As much i can see on everybodys profile this part is ok
But even the smileys i uploadet are gone and i cant see them anymore

i have alerted admin as i am not sure, hopefully you will get an answer soon

Are the Avatars allowed on your Admin Panel?

Admin Panel => Users & Groups => Users => User Settings
=> Allow Avatar

Well listen now what happend yesterday
First i lost the Gallery the Avatars and the smileys and then for about 30 min the hole Forum was gone.
I couldent see nothing no more and either could my co.Admin.
Now we are back and i can see it again.
Can you tell me maybe why?
Second i wonder why the points at the Control panel are not the same with the one showen on the forum.

On the Forum it says we have 1699 points
But at the Control panel it says we have 1368 points

Why do i have this problems?
