3 nav bar help, asap

and well it does not work at all nothing appears, any help please i use phpbb2

i only want the 2nd red bar i followed steps 1-3 in the first part and then did the 2nd part but nothing happened. I need this asap,

The tut is correct. Have you added your images? The person that wrote it left only this in the code http://image.jpg
You need to add your picture there.

Did you replace it with your image/navigation?

Where did you add the HTML, can you point me so I can see what you added? Or you can show it to me here?

i added it to css and in message content as stated in the tutorial
