Changing domain registrar Empty Changing domain registrar

Post by Theflame12 October 28th 2011, 6:20 am

A few months ago, my domain was about to expire, but I got a message from forumotion telling me how they were willing to renew my domain for me since my forum is fairly popular and earns them a lot of revenue with the ads that they place on it.

I was wondering, would I be able to get my domain back so that I can change the registrar? I recently created an account on a domain site (namecheap) and I have a panel with every domain that I own on that site and I would like to add my forumotion domain to that registrar as well.

Would forumotion be willing to help me change registrars? Or how could I get in contact with them to do so.

Wow..

So it'd probably just be best to get a new domain for the forum?

If you're moving away from ForuMotion, then yes.
If not, you'll have to keep paying about $22 US per year to renew your domain Via ForuMotion..
