how do you stop the auto watch topic ? Empty how do you stop the auto watch topic ?

on my forum like on this one when you post a topic it auto sets to watch the topic ,is their a way to turn off this feature ? i'm sure it has a use but i just find it annoying to have to keep turning it off after every post.

it's only set to auto if a member has Always notify me of replies set in their profile preferences, Or if they click the option when creating a post.Keep in mind this will only send replies to post they submit or reply to. Other then that they would have to click the Watch this topic for replies options on the bottom of a thread/post
