Editing Homepage

I need instructions on editing a homepage. The homepage has a Youtube vid, but I'd like to delete it, and add the forum logo, a picture, on the left: last posts of forum, and on the right of homepage: two small sized Youtube videos.

The video shown there is from this topic http://celebrating-mjj.forumotion.com/t1-celebration since you have set it to display on your portal. Remove the topic or the post and it will be gone.

Logo = > Add it to AP > Display > Pictures managment > Advanced > Forum logo

Last posts = > AP > Modules > Forum widgets and add the widget + make the settings

Add for the small Video, go to Youtube for example and follow these steps:


Paste it in AP > General > Homepage > Message content for example and that lower the height and width in the code you got to make the video smaller.

Example, where I lovered it to 100px in this code (width="100" height="100").

If you want it on your homepage/portal you can put it in a widget (the code you got from Youtube).

I tried adding the Youtube Video widget. It didn't work. Youtube ID is visible on homepage. How can I correct this?
