Hey, im still new to template editing and cant find the right spot to put the css. Can some one help me?

A template for like HTML homepage?

In your HTML document, you always use these:
<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>

So you would put it here:
<html>
<head>
Arrow
<style type="text/css">
CSS goes here!!
</style>
Arrow
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>

I hope this is what you were asking.
