What I meant is that I want the last topic replied's topic title to appear in the last post thingy. See the image for further understanding.

You can change the mini icons just go to your ACP >> Display >> Pics Managements >> Advance Mode >> there is a Mini icon management there you can edit your forum icons or if you mean the last topic was show just go to your ACP >> Display >> Homepage >> Structure and hierarchy >> Show the last topic titles on index :Yes then save ! ...
