how to change polices and size of text?

Where to change the fonts

Title Font Face :

Main Font Face :

Main Font Size :

these are the 3 things i want to change...

for now i have this: Verdana,Arial

To tell you the truth I never bothered to try out anything uncustom. I think that font would be read only if you have it installed on your computer. That means that the majority of your visitors would not see your new fancy font. And for me it wouldn't it would be rendered differently since I don't have it installed though I'm not quite sure.
