in my forum my members avatar disappeared all

when u go to any profile and want to upload a pic to i can,t upload a pic from my computer and all members too

when any member want to upload a pic to his account from computer he can,t find browse option to upload

and all members pics just disappeard

After having checked on the French Side, I'e found out that this in fact a bug...

oh so it's just a bug but my forum IS editboard the proof is on the forum smilies AND avatars have disapeared too

I just saw today that my avatar does not work......but all the other members avatars do.

I've tried uploading it from my computer and it kept on dropping off but it seems to be ok now because I hosted it on Image Shack and uploaded the url of the avatar.

It is not only my avatar- I have 140 members and only..2 or 3 avatars woking. I have 150 smiles- now they are 8.
Topic icons are working now, but the others?

hello every body,
just to tell you that when we changed the server, all the smiley and the avatar could not be recovered. For the smiley, you can put them again in the admin panel. for the avatar, it is necessary that the members put them in their profile.
Try to empty the temporary files. On a page which does not work correctly try to make Ctrl + F5 for IE or Ctrl + Shift + R for Firefox. All the basic smiley must work normally. And the smiley which you add from now must work to.

Hello,

Following a human error, the smileys and avatars were removed from a server for some forums. We could not recover these images and their are definitively lost.

We backed up to everyone the smiley and avatars by defect. For the smiley which you had added, you all must reinstall them. For the avatars it is the same, each member must put his avatar if he doesn't have it any more.

We are conscious of the embarrassment caused and we ask you to excuse us. We take precautions so such problems do not reproduce in the future any more.

When I try to access "Smilies" through the admin panel to reinstall the smilies we've lost....I get a "Request Timeout".

Is it just me?

The hosting of your images (avatars and smilies etc...) will be edited to avoid all possible losses. If your images are not availiable soon, we'll intervene

I tried emptying the cache memory, didn't work, refreshing the page doesn't either. Any more suggestions?
