i can't see buttons in topic reply
what's wrong here?

i have found what's the problem.

it's code for Wibiya toolbar:

when i delete this widget,for wibiya toolbar then is all ok
buttons is shown in new topic & recent topic widget scrolls
when i put the widget back, recent topic scroll stops & buttons
in new topic is not shown,
but i will not delete this widget & i will my buttons back in new topic or replay topic .. can anybody help me please.. ?

May I remind you that double/triple posting isn't tolerated unless separated by 24 hours (Use the edit button)

Try putting the code in the homepage message area and see if that helps.

When you set it in the homepage description, it works, but the announcements don't show on the homepage. However, on other pages they do.

Why don't you go back to wibyia and get a new code. Something tells me that once we updated the urls this problem happens.

yes & no... it's work only when i put code in Homepage message,
but then i have wibiya only on homepage..

Yes, wibiya is making shi* here,
the trick is, you must go to wibiya > edit toolbar > troubleshooting & check this :
