Solved Help! New Topic and Reply Buttons in Different Language

Please help me! My New Topic and Reply buttons are in a different language. I can't really tell which language it is, but I can tell it's not English. Does anyone know how to change them? I know I could save the button pictures, and change it using photo-editing software, but is there any other way? :/
