Copyright problem

and my problem is that some site of your sites is copying all the informations from my site

and sends private massages to the users of my site to advertise his site

I don't know what to do
He took alot of my users

yes we see. i think are a little confused on what exactly it is you are asking.

to me it sounds like a member you have there has his own forum. and he is going on your forum into post taken the post and re-posting on his forum.

well that's called re-posting. there is not much you can do about this and people have bin doing it for as long as forums bin around. but if he is using something that you created and have copyrighted. then you can tale legal action.

now as far as him taking your members? it sounds like he is spamming your members in there pm?

well what i would do is first take away his pm privileges.
the it's up to you whether you want to confront him on this and ask him to please stop. or just ban him.

if this is a case of him taking and using something of yours that is copyrighted and you did not give him permission to use. then contacted the office or government branch to Ware your material was copyrighted and ask them how to go about taking further legal action and provide them with the links to ware he is using you copyrighted material.

however i do believe there is also a way to disable members from being able to do a right copy click? i think i know someone here that might remember how to do that. I'll find out

well technically you can not copyright the forum as a whole.
you can own your own domain and get any images music or video that you created for
your forum copyrighted.

or if you got your own paid forum with your own paid server.
then i believe you can get your forum copyrighted .name logo etc... but that's not cheap.

i really dont like that people copy my idea without asking and trying to get users of my forum with the most "Malignant","snake" ways.

they just enter my forum and tell the users that my forum is fake

and their forum is the original
and people believe

although my forums made before their forum at least one year

In your admin panel is the creation date of your forum.
I would post this in a newsletter to all members.
Then you have proof when your forum was started, ask in the news letter for the other forum to state their creation date.
Also as soon as you can ban this other member its the only way to stop him.

you can try looking into this. this will go through washington's copyrights office(chamber of commerce)but i'm pretty sure they cover international copyrights as well?
