Avatar Creation Feature

I'd be glad to suggest that we should have two avatar creation features. Allow me to explain with a brief description about them both. These ideas are from the top of my mind and aren't the most intelligant suggestions I could think of. So, I just let my mind flow, and whilst looking at my avatar, I came up with these two simple ideas.

Upload a Webcam photo:

Facebook allow the ability to upload a picture of yourself straight from your webcam, no file transferring needed! This would allow us to upload pictures of ourselves by a simple click of a button and a WebCam.

SmartPicture:

This is a feature I call SmartPicture. This allows you to edit images with certain clothing. You could start with a human silohuette and build up the Mona Lisa. By now, this explains it.
