Homepage message (enable option)

Hello all;
Homepage message should be more interesting and should have more futures and options I think, for a start I would like to have an option on my control panel to be able to enable Homepage message:
Only Guests;
Only members;
Only special members;,
Ore to be able to change only the massages on the Homepage message box, example:
Guests should see only: get registered bla bla bla
than after they register they should see the message: hello and welcome bla bla bla.
I hope you all understood me, I would really like to have this option, plz admins, mods, techys try to keep this in consideration and plz make it happen ass soon as possible I really need this future in my forum.

my homepage message is a news box, html code that i found and added. I do agree though that it would be nice to set permissions as to whom can see it or not. so a yes from me.

Thanks Zinex for your vote and reply, I’m sure that this option will make all of our board look more professional, I’m hoping that we get more votes and maybe will be considerate by admins.

I as well, I want to add that we can place this homepage on either side, or at the bottom of the page.
